For the reservation to be valid it is required to make a deposit advance payment of 30% of the rent value to the bank account.
The remaining amount should be transferred to the bank account 7 days before arrival at the latest.
If the deposit payment is not received within 5 days after the preliminary reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.
If you are forced to cancel your stay, the deposit paid can be moved to another person appointed by you. In other cases the deposit will be not refunded.
Standard time of stay is from 14.00 to 10.00, any possible changes of time require prior arrangement.
Takes no responsibility for any personal accidents, fortuitous events or thefts occurring in any part of its premises.

After receiving the deposit, you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation.
